Gerard Toal

Gerard Toal (bahasa Irlandia: Gearóid Ó Tuathail; lahir 1962 di Republik Irlandia^[1]) adalah dosen ilmu pemerintahan dan hubungan internasional serta Direktur Departemen Pemerintahan dan Hubungan Internasional, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, National Capital Region, Amerika Serikat. Ia merupakan salah satu pakar geopolitik.
