Blot Western

Blot Western adalah sebuah metode untuk mendeteksi protein pada sampel jaringan. Imunoblot menggunakan elektroforesis gel untuk memisahkan protein asli atau perubahan oleh jarak polipeptida atau oleh struktur 3-D protein. Protein tersebut dikirim ke membran, di mana mereka dideteksi menggunakan antibodi untuk menargetkan protein.
