Undang-Undang Agraria Utsmaniyah tahun 1858 (tercatat sebagai 1274 dalam kalender Hijriyah)[1] adalah permulaan program reformasi lahan sistematik pada periode (refromasi) Tanzimat dari Kekaisaran Utsmaniyah pada paruh kedua abad ke-19. Ini disusul oleh undang-undang emansipasi lahan 1873.
