Song Yoon-ah (bahasa Korea: 송윤아, lahir 7 Juni 1973) adalah pemeran perempuan asal Korea Selatan. Ia paling dikenal karena membintangi film Jail Breakers (2002), dan juga drama televisi Hotelier (2001), On Air (2008) dan Mama (2014).
