Sarilumab

Sarilumab, dijual dengan nama merek Kevzara, adalah sebuah medikasi antibodi monoklonal manusia melawan reseptor interleukin-6.[1] Regeneron Pharmaceuticals dan Sanofi mengembangkan obat tersebut untuk pengobatan artritis reumatoid. Obat tersebut kemudian meraih ijin dari FDA di Amerika Serikat pada 22 Mei 2017 dan ijin dari European Medicines Agency pada 23 Juni 2017.[2]
