Resolusi 1244 Dewan Keamanan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa,[1] yang diadopsi pada 10 Juni 1999, usai mengulang resolusi-resolusi 1160 (1998), 1199 (1998), 1203 (1998) dan 1239 (1999), memperingatkan keberadaan sipil dan militer internasional di Republik Federal Yugoslavia[2][3] dan membentuk Misi Pemerintahan Sementara Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa di Kosovo (United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo, UNMIK).[4] Resolusi tersebut disusul oleh perjanjian oleh Presiden Yugoslavia Slobodan Milošević untuk hal-hal yang dicetuskan oleh Presiden Finlandia Martti Ahtisaari dan mantan Perdana Menteri Rusia Viktor Chernomyrdin pada 8 Juni, yang meliputi penarikan seluruh Angkatan Bersenjata Yugoslavia dari Kosovo.
