Sir Reginald Fleming Johnston, KCMG, CBE, (1874–1938) adalah akademisi dan diplomat asal Skotlandia. Ia juga merupakan pelatih kaisar terakhir Cina, Puyi dan kemudian ia dikenal sebagai komisioner Britania Raya yang diselengarakan di Weihaiwei.
