Pustakawan Kongres
Pustakawan Kongres (bahasa Inggris: Librarian of Congress) adalah kepala Perpustakaan Kongres (bahasa Inggris: Library of Congress), yang dilantik oleh Presiden Amerika Serikat atau nasihat dan naungan dari Senat Amerika Serikat,[3] untuk masa jabatan selama sepuluh tahun.[4] Pustakawan Kongres memilih Penerima U.S. Poet dan penerima Penghargaan Gershwin untuk Lagu Populer.

Pustakawan Kongres memiliki tanggung jawab besar atas hak cipta, yang melingkupi sumber daya elektronik dan tujuan-tujuan penggunaan wajar yang tercantum dalam Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Pustakawan menaungi karya-karya yang menjadi subjek pelarangan DMCA terkait perlindungan akses teknologi.[5][6] Pada 13 Juli 2016, Senat AS mengangkat Carla Hayden menjadi pustakawan-nya dengan suara sebanyak 74-18 [7] dan ia dilantik pada 14 September 2016.
