Phyllis Stewart Schlafly (/ˈʃlæfli/; nama lahir Phyllis McAlpin Stewart; 15 Agustus 1924 – 5 September 2016) adalah seorang jaksa, aktivis konservatif dan penulis Amerika Serikat. Ia memegang pandangan sosial dan politik konservatif tradisional, menentang feminisme, hak gay dan aborsi, dan sukses berkampanye melawan ratifikasi Equal Rights Amendment untuk Konstitusi AS. Ia ditentang oleh kaum moderat dan liberal karena sikapnya terhadap seks, peran gender, homoseksualitas dan sejumlah masalah lainnya.
