Berkaca dari versi bahasa Inggris dari halaman ini (yaitu Floor and ceiling functions), dan dari umumnya penggunaan kata "fungsi lantai & fungsi atap", bagaimana kalau judul artikelnya diganti menjadi "fungsi lantai dan atap" ? The Winter Lettuce (bicara) 14 November 2022 15.13 (UTC)

@The Winter Lettuce Secara teknis, terjemahannya memang "fungsi lantai dan atap". Namun yang jadi permasalahannya tidak ada yang menggunakan istilah tersebut. Biasanya floor function disebut sebagai "fungsi bilangan bulat terbesar", dan istilah tersebut ditemukan di buku perkuliahan Kalkulus (Varberg, Rigdon, Purcell) edisi ke-9; dan juga buku Langkah Awal Menuju Olimpiade Matematika dengan penulis Wono Setya Budhi.
