Penyakit cacing umumnya penyakit masyarakat dengan kondisi sanitasi yang masih buruk. Ada beberapa jenis cacing yang hidup di usus manusia. Telur cacing hidup di permukaan tanah yang mampu bertahan lama berada di sana. Sebagian ada di selokan, dan sungai yang tercemar tinja orang cacingan. Bagaimana bisa mengenai anak dan orang kota juga?

Usul penggabungan

Mengenai usul penggabungn Cacing kremi dengan Cacingan menurut saya kurang tepat, karena cacingan adalah gangguan kesehatan yang disebapkan apabila ada salah satu jenis cacing yang masuk ke tubuh manusia, sementara cacing kremi merupakan salah satu jenis cacing. Ada beberapa jenis cacing yang bisa membuat cacingan.
