Northrop N-3PB

Northrop N-3PB Nomad adalah pesawat amfibi Amerika bermesin tunggal sayap rendah (low wing) dari tahun 1940-an. Northrop mengembangkan N-3PB sebagai model ekspor yang berbasis pada Northrop sebelumnya desain A-17.

Sebanyak 24 dibeli oleh Norwegia, tetapi tidak disampaikan sampai setelah Fall of Norway selama Perang Dunia Kedua. Pasukan Norwegia di pengasingkan menggunakan mereka dari tahun 1941, beroperasi dari Islandia, untuk konvoi pengawalan, patroli anti-kapal selam, dan tujuan pelatihan dari "Little Norway" di Kanada. Dalam waktu dua tahun pengiriman, desain itu efektif dalam peran tempur, dan sisanya digantikan oleh pesawat yang lebih besar N-3PB pada tahun 1943.
