Spesies mamalia Kalimantan meliputi 2888 spesies hewan darat dan 91 spesies hewan laut yang tercatat di dalam perbatasan darat Brunei, Indonesia, dan Malaysia. Mamalia darat didominasi oleh chiroptera (102 spesies kelelawar) dan hewan pengerat (61 spesies tikus dan mencit).
