Kathoey atau katoey (bahasa Thai: กะเทย; RTGS: Kathoei [kàtʰɤːj]) adalah istilah dalam Bahasa Thai yang mengacu pada salah seorang wanita transgender atau laki-laki gay feminin di Thailand. Sejumlah besar masyarakat di Thailand menganggap kathoey sebagai bagian gender ketiga, termasuk bagi banyak kathoey sendiri, sementara yang lain melihat mereka baik sebagai tipe laki-laki atau tipe wanita.[1]
