Potassium channel subfamily K member 3 adalah protein yang disandikan oleh gen KCNK3 dalam tubuh manusia.[1][2][3][4] KCNK3 diketahui telah berinteraksi dengan YWHAB[5] dan S100A10.[6]

Beberapa mutasi terhadap gen ini telah ditemukan oleh para peneliti. Salah satunya adalah mutasi yang dapat menyebabkan hipertensi paru.[7]
