Eason Chan Yik-Shun (Hanzi tradisional: 陳奕迅, Hanzi sederhana: 陈奕迅; bahasa Kanton: Can4 jik6 seon3; Pinyin: Chén Yìxùn; lahir 27 Juli 1974) adalah penyanyi, musisi dan aktor berkebangsaan Hong Kong. Dia dikenal sebagai penyanyi untuk Cantopop.

Karier solo di dunia rekaman dimulainya dengan album "Eason Chan" yang dirilis pada tahun 1996 dengan label Capital Artists.

Dia berteman dekat dengan Gigi Leung, Nicholas Tse, Joey Yung, Twins dan beberapa artis Hong Kong lainnya yang dianggap merupakan lambang generasi 90-an dan 2000-an.
