Danny Elfman
Daniel Robert Elfman (lahir 29 Mei 1953) adalah seorang komposer film, penyanyi, penulis lagu, dan musisi Amerika. Ia menjadi terkenal sebagai vokalis utama dan penulis lagu utama untuk band new wave Oingo Boingo pada awal 1980-an.[3] Sejak membuat musik untuk film studio pertamanya pada tahun 1985, Elfman telah mendapatkan pengakuan internasional karena telah membuat lebih dari 100 musik untuk film layar lebar,[4] serta komposisi untuk televisi, produksi panggung, dan ruang konser.

Danny Elfman membuat musik untuk IRIS, a Journey Through the World of Cinema yang dimainkan di Kodak Theater, Los Angeles mulai tanggal 21 Juli 2011. Sutradara dan koreografer pertunjukan dari Cirque du Soleil ini adalah Philippe Decouflé.
Ia membuat musik untuk Rabbits and Rogue, balet kreasi koreografer terkenal Twyla Tharp yang dipentaskan dari tanggal 19 Mei sampai 12 Juli 2008 oleh American Ballet Theater. Bersama Erik Sanko, Danny Elfman membuat musik untuk sebuah marionette play yaitu sandiwara boneka tali karya Erik Sanko berjudul The Fortune Teller. Sandiwara ini dimainkan di Here Arts Center, New York dari tanggal 19 Oktober sampai 5 November 2006.
Danny Elfman juga telah mulai membuat musik konser, pertama kalinya adalah Serenada Schizophrana, musik konser untuk American Composers Orchestra yang dimainkan pada tanggal 23 Februari 2005 di Carnegie Hall, New York, dengan konduktor John Mauceri. Kemudian ia juga membuat Overeager Overture untuk dimainkan oleh Hollywood Bowl Orchestra pada tanggal 15-17 September 2006, juga dengan konduktor John Mauceri.
Pada tahun 2004, Danny Elfman membuat musik pembuka game Xbox dan PC dari Microsoft bertitel Fable. Musik untuk game-nya sendiri dibuat oleh Russel Shaw.
