Branislav Nušić
Branislav Nušić (bahasa Serbia: Бранислав Нушић, pelafalan [brǎnislav̞ nûʃit͡ɕ]; 20 Oktober [K.J.: 8 Oktober] 1864 – 19 Januari 1938) adalah seorang penulis lakon, satir, esai, dan novel dari Serbia dan pemrakarsa retorika modern di Serbia. Ia juga bekerja sebagai seorang jurnalis dan pegawai negeri. Ia sering dijuluki sebagai Gogol di Serbia dan Balkan.

Branislav Nušić dilahirkan di Alkibijad Nuša (Aromania: Alchiviadi al Nuşa, bahasa Yunani: Alcibiades Nousias)[1] di Beograd pada tanggal 20 Oktober [K.J.: 8 Oktober] 1864. Ayahnya, George Nousias, adalah seorang pedagang dari Makedonia, sementara ibunya, Ljubica, adalah seorang ibu rumah tangga dari Brčko.[2] Ayah Nušić adalah orang Aromania yang sudah diserbianisasi.[3][4]
