• All bands are authorized band regalia consisting of the designs for the following items: drum, mace, baldric and tabard.
• On request, TIOH will prepare designs for use on the band regalia.
• The unit can obtain these items through local purchase procedures.
• No further action is needed from TIOH.
• In addition, bands of numbered Armies and Major Army Commands are authorized a tab for wear above the shoulder sleeve insignia.
• Requests for tabs must be submitted to TIOH for approval.
